Can anyone teach me or give me tips on how to do heart eye manips

So, heart eyes are super my fetish, and I've been trying to get into manipping lately.

Anyone care to share their knowledge on the subject?

Heart Eyes best eyes

It's not really that hard. Use the colour picker tool to get the white of the characters eyes. On an above layer colour over the characters irises till the eyes or just white then find a nice heart PNG image. Import the PNG on another top layer and move them to where you want your character to look. There are probably extra techniques you could add to make it more interesting like a glow but that's the basic jist of making a heart eyes manip.

I dont quite understand what this is going to do
Are you telling me to completely white out the character's eyes? Because whited out eyes arent really my thing.

No but you have to white out the eyes to avoid the characters irses from being visible.

Maybe they want the hearts to be inside of the iris, instead of placing it?

I recommend looking at the how-to posts other users posted here, namely

They're not heart eyes but the concept is similar, essentially you make the eye area edit-able then just throw whatever effects inside.
