You guys rock, got it up and running. Now I know there is no translation out, but are there any translator tools or anything that could help with that?
vnr : visual novel reader (a F U C K I N G overkilled translating program and i hate it so much but it works in most cases). download and go through the settings, open it in conjunction with the game. Heck, it even comes with OCR and gateways to notable japanese dictionaries to help translating idioms and automatically mix them with other results so in most cases it works better than google. (but you gotta have the dicts installed on the side and they are not free so.. yeah)
deprecated option: ITHVNR + translation aggregator (which are the only things you need coming from vnr, yeah, they are included in vnr). Sadly Translation aggregator has been blocked by bing, baidu and google due to its excessive translation request (in other words it just throw the words directly to translate.google.com without using API, thus got treated as bots and blocked).
my method (not so advanced but I doubt new comers know how to do): open VNR, leaves it run in the background =>
open the game (sometimes VNR will automatically hook into the game, if so, just run as it is, otherwise go forward.) =>
open ITHVNR, hook into the game, choose the right word channel in the drop down box to use, remember to run through 1 or 2 dialogs after hooking for ITHVNR to hook the text (be aware of the session, if you run game as admin, you have to run ITHVNR as admin as well, so does the other way) =>
right click on VNR icon on taskbar, choose reading window. This way, you'll get ridden of all of the hooks coming from VNR which for some reason slow down the processes
