I'd like to open of this thread to make requests for mods to make reasonable and achievable changes and hopefully improvements to the site.

My main concern for this site right now is that I feel there isn't enough reinforcement for tagging and rating properly.

I know this might not seem cool but this isn't just an image dump site it's and image search and filter site. I believe if people aren't paying enough attention to the rules for rating and tagging in will hasten the site to a steady decline. We are not all here for the same reasons or to see the same things so I believe proper and improved rating and tagging are important for the community.
