Why are there still a good amount of caption posts with weird flags?

I know it's probably not the best idea to open this can of worms at the moment, but I'm just curious why posts like <<hypnohub.net/post/show/67...lem_fates-corruption-femd|this>> and <<hypnohub.net/post/show/68...n_girl-female_only-horns-|this>> still have these kinds of flags when they were likely put there when that whole thing happened.

Is it because the mods are too busy? Is it because those flags were overlooked? Or is there some other reason for it?

Likely someone forget to tag a post when he's enraged. [/joke]

Most visitors don't (want to) know how *booru software works or lack the habit to tag what they don't like and use the blacklist for not seeing blacklisted posts.

However it would help when everyone (visitors and posters) add the [[caption_only]], [[manip]] and [[text]] tags to such posts.

Those are remains of the "manip's new rules debate", seems like some flaggs were not removed yet.

Funny, all of those flags were in the name of making the site less ugly by filtering out low quality content. Now there's a bunch of these "junk flags" littered everywhere. They're kinda ugly if you ask me.

Especially since they don't even seem like they have a legitimate enough reason to flag.
