How to make hypno pictures look good ?
Hey everybody. I was wondering how artists (and manippers) proceed to modify pictures - making them hypno, actually - using Gimp or Photoshop.
Do they have picture libraries with spiral eyes, textures, etc ? I'd like to start doing the same as them, but I'm unable to find anything that sounds like a tutorial or else.
