So, if anyone cares about Nintendo here (odds are some do) there's a new Direct today at some point. Figured I'd ask if people want to try and predict anything, and give it a shot myself. Might make it a semi regular thing if this thread does well.

Ok, so, predictions from me:

We will hear that progress is being made on the new Pokemon, but we won't see anything except maybe a teaser. Pokemon will probably be it's own direct at some point.

We will see something to do with Smash Bros DLC, maybe some Joker gameplay, maybe even a tease at DLC 2.

No F-Zero will be there despite how much I want it.

No Gamecube service ala NES online despite how much I want it, but we might get SNES, which will suffice I suppose.

Nintendo have been doing great but this still hurts, c'mon after that one Mario Kart stage new F-Zero would be amazing.

I've high hopes they worked out the effects and behaviour of the Hypnosis attack in Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon more out. What was possible in PSMD was a good direction anyway.

Hey, that was a solid Direct right there. Astral Chain looks cool (but I wish we saw Bayonetta 3 instead), Link's Awakening remake looks good, they fixed the music in DQXI. Only real sour spot was the Smash tease.

Also, I can't believe they're actually making a Tetris battle royale. The madmen.

RF4 on Switch was a neat note, I played over 500 hours of it on the 3DS

if they have enough new features, maybe I'll go for the switch version
