Hey everyone,

It's been a while since we recruited new staff, and we're looking for some new blood for the team, so we're going to be opening applications for Moderator and QCC positions! We're going to be filling two new moderator positions and four QCC positions.

What we're looking for in Moderators: Upstanding members of the community with respect for the rules and a record of generally good behavior, who will help us make sure everyone understands and follows the rules.

What we looking for in QCC members: A wide variety of interests (in the QCC overall), and the ability to check and review posts at least once every other day.

Applications will be open for two weeks, after which we'll close them and review them. We'll announce the new staff members once we've decided on them.

Position you're applying for:QCC and mod
Why you think you're a good fit: i can (mostly) suspend my bias if some kind of judgement is needed and am on almost every day
What kind of hypno stuff you like:femsub, malesub, unaware, robots, almost anything with good captions/dialogue.
(Moderators) What times are you usually on the Hub?: around 8pm-10pm EST usually
What position do you prefer, if we decide to approve you for both?: QCC

Position you're applying for: Mod
Why you think you're a good fit: I've had some experience with moderation on a forum that's now long dead, and I have a tendency to remain impartial with decisions related to the job description of a moderator.
What kind of hypno stuff you like: Bimbofication/brain drain, malesub, femsub, femdom, maledom, futa (again, both dom and sub), corruption, unaware, and well written captions/dialogue.
(Moderators) What times are you usually on the Hub?: Most every day, save for when internet dies, popping in initially at around 7-9 AM MST (Mountain Standard Time), and usually checking up on the posts and comments pages every couple hours after that, until around 11 PM-12 AM MST, when I head to bed. (Possible due to working from home.)

Position you're applying for: Either Quality Control. I’ll be happy with either
Why you think you're a good fit: I’ve been a contributor to hub since about 2015 and I know the rules and what is quality.
What kind of hypno stuff you like: love corruption, robotitization, tech control, and thing to do with latex
(Moderators) What times are you usually on the Hub?:I have a habit of popping onto the hub all through 10 am EST to about 3 am EST
(If applying for both): What position do you prefer, if we decide to approve you for both? quality control probably I wouldn’t say no for becoming a mod.

Position you're applying for: Moderator, I guess.
Why you think you're a good fit: I'm always on the hub and looking things over, and with experience with irl work, I have a thing for patience and levelheaded rationality
What kind of hypno stuff you like: femsub, lactation, tentacles, humor
(Moderators) What times are you usually on the Hub?: Depends on my work schedule since I work later shifts ranging from possibly 10-5 or 3-10, but when I'm free, I can be on whenever

Why you think you're a good fit: I actually have no job or overall life. I log onto the site each and every day. So I have a lot of time. Also, have been around for a long while. I can remember Hypnobooru, Hypnochan, even Liquid Sushi long ago (was an image board whose link was posted on Hypnopics-Collective)
What kind of hypno stuff you like: Femsub, Transgender and Genderswap

Position you're applying for: Mod or QCC

Why you think you're a good fit: I've managed several different things in my life. And usually, I'm told I'm one of the few who actually get things done. I've also been told I'm very non-biased when it comes to decisions. I've also been on the site for a while, and keep an eye out for posts that break the rules or don't meet the quality expected on the hub.

What kind of hypno stuff you like: femsub, well written dialogue, uniform

(Moderators) What times are you usually on the Hub?: Usually sometime between 9 PM-12 AM Eastern

What position do you prefer, if we decide to approve you for both?: Mod, but I'd be fine with QCC as well.

Why you think you're a good fit: I moderate many small communities and have way too much free time
What kind of hypno stuff you like: yuri, femdom, maledom, turning the tables.

Why should you be a moderator?

I'm an active user who's been registered since 2015, and have lurked since the hub's inception in late 2013. I'm familiar with the hub's rules and keep up-to-date with them, which would help when solving disputes and dealing with rule-breakers.

I believe I have a decent reputation on the site, because I've never broken the rules or argued with another user. I'm impartial when needed, so I wouldn't put anybody above the rules. The number of edits I've made should prove that I'll take my role seriously.

Why should you be a QCC member?

Thanks to my knowledge of the rules and experience over time, I know what types of content get flagged. I've flagged posts in the past, and the QCC have agreed with every flag I've made. I'm familiar with the site's wiki and have edited pages a few times.

I'm an expert when it comes to tags, and will help make sure that user's blacklists are enforced properly. I also tend to fulfill request tags whenever I'm bored, so I can find and tag obscure characters, artists and sources.

What kinds of hypno stuff do you like?

Pretty much anything femsub/dom. Mainly corruption, latex and tech control. (I actually found out I had a thing for hypno thanks to latex content.)

What times are you usually on the Hub?

I'm usually active anywhere from 5PM to 1AM GMT on weekdays. I'm on randomly (at least twice) every weekend. I typically spend 10 to 25 mins online at a time.

(If I do get a staff position I plan to up my activity to at least 3 times a day.)

What position would you prefer, if you're approved for both?

I'd prefer to be a moderator because I'd like a motivator to be more proactive in the community, as well as make use of the moderator privelages (e.g. mass tag edit).

Why you think you're a good fit: I'm on almost daily, and though I've only had the account for maybe half a year, I've been lurking far longer than that since I really didn't have the courage to make an account.

What kind of hypno stuff you like: Tech control, unaware, sissification, femdom, changing someone's sexuality, and hypnotized hypnotists.

Position you're applying for: QCC

Why you think you're a good fit: I've been on the hub everyday and have viewed virtually every post since the site's founding. I have almost all of them saved as well.

What kind of hypno stuff you like: What don't I like lol. Pokémon, Transformations, Bimboization, Happy Trances, Robotization, Zombie Walking, Lingerie, etc.

Other Note been a comment mod for awhile but considering my viewing habits like to help out with QCC as best I can.

sounds tempting but i'm only fixated to normal femsub MC so i guess i'm disqualified =)). Besides, It feels like a lot of work also :P

Seems like to me things have generally calmed down a lot compared to before though, which is nice.

Why you think you're a good fit: I understand the rules and policies of this site extremely well. I am able to keep a level head and be impartial when it comes to decision making. I am also currently in college for a degree within computer science at CWRU, so website management would definitely be up my alley in any capacity, whether it be moderating the community or checking the posts by users.

What kind of hypno stuff you like: All kinds, I really enjoy stuff that is a tad goofy. I think my favorite posts are ones that feature femdom.

(Moderators) What times are you usually on the Hub?: During weekdays, I am on anytime after 9:00 PM EST. During weekends, I will usually log on once in the morning and once at night.
