I'm currently running a YCH with an artist that involves some MC/droning, and I'd like to know how the rules are on that here on the hub. Would it be fine to post it here in the forum, or even as a post?

Well forumwise you can post pretty much anything that doesn't break the law.

As for if you want to put it on hub proper so long as it has Hypnosis than it's fine.

I don't have FA account so can't view it so can't say for sure.
