Doom Eternal, new Tales of game, PSO2 coming to the west, Cyberpunk, FF14 stuff, and the Devolver stuff were all great to me. That said, this E3 has really sold me on the idea that E3 needs to die off, and all these devs/publishers/console hardware manufacturers need to follow Nintendo's and Sony's leads and do stream announcements. It's just more cost effective for them to do so, and they can do stuff like what Devolver or Nintendo do with directing the pacing and content of their announcement streams.
Microsoft's conference killed a piece of my soul with how mundane as fuck it was. That audience also didn't give a shit about anything other than Gears and Halo, it was sad.
