I just registered here and put in an email address to recover my password. Then I tried to change it and it kept telling me an error has occurred. So I tried to log out and log back in, and it repeatedly told me "Access Denied." So I figured I had misremembered or mistyped my password. I tried to reset my password, and it told me to check my email in a few minutes, but the password never came. I tried again several times, and it does tell me the email address is the one connected to my account name, but no email ever shows up (not even in my spam folder). I double and triple checked that I had typed in the email correctly. I even copypasted it directly in. Nothing changes, and it's been over an hour.

I had to make a second account just to ask what was going on.

I mean, I have access to the email account that it says that I should check, and the one that it says is associated with username. And it says it reset my password. My biggest question is why wouldn't the email come?

If it continually doesn't let me access it, then I prefer the account to be deleted or something.

Still nothing. I requested a new password, went out to see a movie, and then when I came back there was no change. Is this an unfixable issue with the website? Has it always been like this?

Really? That's even weirder. It's still not working for me and I just tried again. Why would it be fixed for some people and not others?

I checked, our mail works fine. Yahoo seems to be actively blocking us, so only if you're using yahoo will you not receive any emails.
