Hey all, long time lurker here. A while back I uploaded my first post, and despite getting some positive attention, it was flagged for deletion. The flagging stayed up for quite a while, more than a few days, and I only recently checked to see that it was finally deleted. Firstly I wanted to know if there was a deletion appeal process, and second if this is a common occurrence wrt deletion. I'm not quite sure as to who is in a position of authority around here anymore either, as it seems there have been a lot of comings and goings. If anyone could help clear that up, it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

As an addendum, is there a way of making the default image a higher resolution?

I would also like to know as my post has also been flagged but is yet to be deleted and has recieved some possitive attention.

If you let a mod know what post it was that was taken down then we can give it a second opinion.
Posts already flagged though are still in the process of being looked over by QCC and might take a while for them to issue a judgment.

Depends on how you export it.
As for the image itself, it seemed to be taken down for the anatomy being off. You can try and ask QCC to perhaps appeal it’s deletion.

First off, while you did tag yourself as a manipper, you should be tagging your post as a manip. That doesn’t affect it being flagged, it’s just something to be aware of. As for the post itself, the text that’s just slapped on over the image doesn’t look great imo. But that’s ultimately up to QCC to decide.

Right. Would it be better to have the text on a side bar as a conversation instead of on the image itself do you think?

Is that done through adding the tag "manip"?

I want to improve so I don't mind very direct criticisms. Is there anything else I shoild be aware of?

Let me clarify. You can have text on an image, but it becomes a matter of whether or not it’s distracting. Compared to other manips that have bits of text in negative space, or a lot of text on the side for stories and dialogue, having it over the subject matter doesn’t look as good. This is how I see it based on some other manips.
