Guys, what I need to know if I want to create chatbots??

If you want to make a chatbot, I hope you have a lot of programming skill. There's frameworks out there to use, but from what I understand, they're the most bare-bones and empty framework you can imagine. Thus, all the work will fall on you to fill in the massive blanks.
That being said, it would be awesome to see, and I'd imagine it to be very gratifying to complete, as well.
