I know nothing about role playing. Can you give me an example of how it works? Or maybe a concise and explanatory description?

Now role play in the context of how I do it is a writting game where a minimum of two people come together to write a sometimes erotic story.

An example? A role play I love to do for a one off (a quick adventure often sexual for release) is that a solider in under Intereogation by the enemy. Each part is called a post (by me anyway) and often goes like this

Me:
I wake up in a cold cell, my body throbbing with pain. It takes me a few moments before I notice a fluid is running down my leg, out of my pussy. I figured the rebels would rape me, but when I was not even concious? Cowards. I look around to get a grasp on my surroundings.

This post is made of several parts. First Is the context. I give contest to what I am doing or where I am. Next is the feelings or internal. This is where my character has feelings or expresses emotion, and dialogue is place. Last is the action where I give direction for my character.

I watch as you start to move, a baton in my hand. "Well well well. The goddess of war awakens." I say with more then jus a hint of malice. "You have killed a lot of my men. I see. Being asexual I probably would prefer to do an RP with more subtle sexual undertone. I'm more about the MC than anything else.

Anyway, do you generally prefer to have each person play a character or have one person be more of a DM? Kind of like that Lair of the White Spider rp.

That was a special occasion because it was a group quest where I was the badguy, so I also played all the npc people. It's usually where everyone plays one or two people, then we role play within the created setting.

i was actually wondering why that RP didn't keep going we never got to the white spider, if i am not mistaken.

So are they usually one on one things or with a group of people?

Also do you generally find yourself playing the Dom or the Sub or is it evenly split?

Sadly with rp because it involves so many people it can get detailed very easily not to mention that group rps can get very messy with conflicting sceduals or someone losing Intrest.



The amount of players is subjective you can have as few or as many as you want.i usually play Dom cause most people are sub

Simple, the two we have are doing a great job. Yes a woman's touch might help around the forums but until we get a lot of problem users we don't need a god cop. I once ran a roleplay so I know how to mod, at least somewhat. However I would never force it upon them or even ask.
