Has anyone else noticed popular JAV distribution sites like dlsite, dmm, and fanza have removed the hypnotism tag - it's now replaced with "H******sm" or "催●術" instead of the usual.

It's making it harder to browse for content - was wondering if anyone on here has an explanation why

I'm still having trouble getting past their region block. I'm not sure why they're censoring anything. Is it just the search tags being changed? Could you walk us through the problem in a bit more detail?

I'm not the best to speak; only curious as to why the search tags, genres and the titles (english and kanji) have been changed.

Looking at r18.com; it seems like all the kink genres have been removed; so it's not just Hypnotism/Corruption focus

nothing i will say is really official, but i know an artist who publish his hypnosis work on dlsite/dmm and it seem that the reason would be new rules coming with the upcoming olympics in japan...

they want to give themself a better image so they want to ban (or at least not promote at all) everything that is non-consensual sex in erotic hentai/games...

so rape/molesters are out, and hypnosis is out too
brainwash seem fine for some reason, but it could be only temporary

just a piece of advice : register every link of the games/hentai you like on these sites, cause its probably going to be hard to find them again in 2020
