If I understand correctly, you want KonoSuba style characters (awesome and silly), not copy and paste KonoSuba characters.
Well, if I can go for the boring answer, it will most likely depend on your DM. If you get an overly serious one, that wants a "dark and gritty" game, you might not be able to do that much. If you get a more lenient or open one, you might be able to use rule of cool to get really epic moments. I try to do that with my players, bending the rules if needed. (yeah, I know, "talk with your DM" is kind of cheap advice, but hey)
One other thing you could is refluff your characters' abilities without changing the spell in itself. One I tried in a OS was a pretty simple Wizard, but EVERY spell looked like it implied a hand somewhere.
Few examples :
Fire Bolt -> Flying fire punch
Fireball -> Huge fist expanding from the center area
Shadow Blade -> Coating my hands in illusory magic to punch harder
And, of course, Mage Hand and Bigby's Hand were staples.
I don't have my other characters ideas right now. I tried a small undead ChainLock who gave their familiar a Bag of Holding so that they could travel freely and stealthily, but it's kinda gimmicky.
