Is there an upload limit?
Hi, I've been trying to upload a gif I found (with a file size of 298 MB) and I selected it, put in all the tags, click upload and it takes a little while so I follow the % tab in the tab info and when it dissappears... Nothing happens, it doesn't get uploaded and I can't see it in the homepage either. So does Hypnohyb have a max upload limit or something or is it on my end?

It seems pretty logical to me that a 298MB gif might be a just a 'little' bit to much? try keeping it under 15MB

15-20 allows for easy loading with most devices and routers, thought the last cinematic gif we had (at time of writing) was 65 MB and that's fine on my PC here.

298 is a little much.

That's a net speed problem, when I had 3 MB internet that problem popped up when I was using stuff like youtube or torrent while I was uploading a simple picture, the same thing happens on pixiv and I needed to try again and again. I have a better internet now and that doesn't happens anymore...

but, for a 298 MB you will need a lightspeed internet lol, I recommend either reduce the quality or cut the gif into pieces.
