Oh yeah, it wasn't exactly a turn-on or anything, but it was hella awkward that it was so close to being mind control. Couldn't wait for us to finish that damn book X'D On that same note, I remember being in study hall during my high school years and the classroom had a random assortment of books to read, and I just happened to pick a book called Night Chills by Dean Koontz, in which mind control is basically the central plot, and there's a part where a guy uses trigger words on a woman to get her to have sex with him. I felt dirty reading it there in a school classroom, I remember thinking "wtf is this book doing here" XD
(I'm American! Born and bred in New York---not the city, but upstate. I had the opportunity to learn German in high school, but I took Spanish instead because I heard it was easier. And I think the German language/accent is pretty sexy, but maybe that's because I'm not used to hearing it XD There's a German electronic group I listen to called And One and the lead singer's voice just oozes sexy XD)
Yes, I remember those weird vibes of something not exactly erotic but still close to mind control so often but lucky enough I never had to sit through that in school (mostly anime I watched as a child that had tons of mind control like yugioh). That book sounds... Interesting, but it must've been such an awkward read. I had to present a book about an old teacher raping a schoolgirl once and then pretty much blackmailing her to be his wife, which was an 18th century German book, and while I wasn't turned on, I still had those "what the fuck is this doing here how am I supposed to talk objectively about stuff like that"-moment, although it was more from being crept out.
(cool, isn't upstate new york where the phrase "steamed hams" comes from? And I can see how the German accent can be sexy, it always sounds prrrrrrrretty commanding :P I haven't heard of that band actually, but of course there's always good old Rammstein too. But sometimes the words themselves can be kinda awkward, the German language is kinda hard split into being methodical like a scientific essay, sounding childish or sounding like an old drunk pervert talking to the cheapest whore possible who is just as drunk as him... It just feels so awkward being a sub and neither feel like the object of a sterile study, nor like a literal dirty whore, nor as a child x: German is an efficient emotionless language of precision :P here I'm just kidding but yeah, to this day I've never found a satisfying trainslation of "good girl" for example... But it's really cool but a bit hard to learn, I've never learned Spanish in return but I had Latin, which is essentially the origin of Spanish, Italian and partially French too.)
