I wasn't the moderator that deleted the post, and in fact didn't see what it was, so a link directly to the tweet containing the image in question would be very useful.

However, it's very unlikely that the fact you accidentally made the tag for the artist into a normal tag rather than an artist tag is why the image was deleted, as all of the moderators make sure to get a consensus with the rest of the moderators if they're at all unsure of if the image in question is explicit loli/shota or not. If the image was deleted for being explicit loli, then it's extremely likely it was.

Okay, so looking at that, they look young. The only way an image won't be deleted for being loli/shota (the determination of which simply requires that the character look younger) is if the loli/shota character can be safely argued as being "petite" (meaning arguable as being of age, just late on developing a mature figure. The image will still be tagged loli, but the image will be able to stay up.) Given the breasts aren't visible, the "petite" defense can't be used, which is almost certainly why it was deleted.

Just to make sure, am I allowed to repost it?

To be fair, the character doesn't look like a loli to me. It's just not visible boobs because of the perspective, but if that counts for explicit loli, then a lot of characters must count as loli.

That example you've provided was specifically decided as being petite by consensus of the moderators. The reason for deletion of certain loli images over others is legal in nature, and the petite defense is the only defense we moderators could realistically use to defend posts. We don't want to delete things that are high quality, it's just that the law requires we delete things we can't reasonably defend as simply being "petite". The image this exact thread was brought up in regards to is not one we could realistically defend as simply being "petite", due to lack of contextual body shape. The example you provided clearly has developed breasts, and thus could be argued as petite.

To be clear, the character does look like a loli, hence why we were iffy about it. Do you have any other posts or images to provide further context for them not being too young?
