Good, because it’s the best I can do. A website I found when I was trying to double check this called lateral coital “over the leg” or some weird shit like that. So yeah, I can see why naming uncommon sex positions is a nightmare.

At the end of the day, you could always include that picture as a referrence for the artist. I've done that before with poses.
