Permission to undo deletion

When I accidentally uploaded without any tags, I thought the best choice is to delete it and I found out that, I can’t recover it (I got dumb) sooo I might have to ask someone to recover it.

You know you can just put tags onto it, right? And if you're really worried about people seeing it w/o tags then why not just unclick "Shown in index" (effectively unlisting it due to not having tags) then put tags onto it.
