Does anyone know how to access Hypnosushi's website?

From his/her twitter, twitter.com/saimin_sushi, it's hypnosushi.starfree.jp/, but whenever I click on it, it says "Access to the WordPress administration screen is denied" (Google's translation) and that Netowl security measures are in place.

Is the website on an invite-only basis, like Sad Panda, or is it something else?

Also: a previous thread says that Hypnosushi is actually Egarashinai, who is on the DNP list, but surely it's okay to link his/her website?

Use a vpn and set your location to Japan. If that doesn't work, try another server.
