Happened to me too. I'd imagine it was some sort of server wobble (IIRC HH is an offshoot of Konachan, so it probably redirected there by default).

Probably more of an update that went wrong than a hack

I was doing work and updated the wrong DNS entry lol, please continue.

I did have the freakout too, and I retyped the URL a bit too fast so I mistyped "hypnohub" into "hypnohib" (please don't try).

I took me to a spoofed Google page with a fake warning dialog, I closed the page immediately so I didn't read but it's pretty scary to know that even Hypnohub is subject to DNS squatting... So if you type the URL yourself: be careful, don't make typos.
