Err...there's HypnoLab VR, but I can't recommend it because I don't have a VR headset. Also, reviews say it's kinda buggy, so YMMV.
You can add mods to Blade and Sorcery VR, and some include mind-control content.

The Mind Massaging Machine is a program that plays binaural audio, spirals, strobe lights, etc on VR headsets. Never tried it myself, but it seems like it should allow you to use preexisting files with it.

It had a buggy launch, but we've fixed it by now. We're also beta testing a keyboard and mouse version.

Are you planning to do any more with Hypnolab?
I do really enjoy it and would love to see it expanded.
