As far as I know, there is no way to delete the account so it's best to just leave it and move on from the site

You used to be able to ask the mods/admins for this, but AFAIK they don't do it anymore.

Yeah, something about someone going on someone else's account to ask for account deletion so now they stopped doing it

IIRC, it involved a hypnotized sub obeying a command to ask for their account to be deleted?

We have weird hazards here

YOUR hypnosis maybe

But Chuck Norris could hypnotize people into doing what they don't want to. It's just that nobody wants to disobey him-

Wait, wrong thread, sorry.

But for real, there are ways to go around that. Maybe the dom told the sub to do anything in their mind to please them, something the sub did indeed want, then use that as a way to pressure them into getting their account deleted.

Even then what about the GDPR? Pretty sure that on a formal request (if the user is based in the EU) they should in theory get their account/data deleted? Please correct me on that, I'm curious!

That's correct, however that's just one of several ways by which Hypnohub violates GDPR. For instance the Hub uses Google Analytics tracking cookies, but you don't have the option to disable them (other than an ad blocker) and you don't even have a message telling you they're there.

damn, france is already striking down on porn sites recently, so if they see that it'll probably be bad news for hypnohub here

Wanted to add to this a bit as a way for a bit of education regarding Hypnosis.

While true you can't exactly make people do what they don't want there is a difference between what the conscious mind wants and the subconscious mind wants, and since hypnosis plays with the subconscious this can effect things.

An example of what I mean is.

You are on a diet meaning you do not want to eat unhealthy things like cake.

You like cake.

Which means despite your conscious mind knowing you are on a diet so don't want to eat cake your subconscious likes cake meaning it can easily be convinced to eat cake because you like cake so what is the issue in enjoying something you like?

If a user feels embarrassed or something about having a Hub account or worried about being found out it works on the same principle.

What is the harm in removing something that causes a negative feeling like embarrassment or fear?

The subconscious is a powerful place but it doesn't run like the conscious mind with the thoughts and reasons and such.

Obviously you can't get them to do anything super major like Rob a bank as that will be so heavily ingrained to be wrong the subconscious will follow that it is wrong and not okay of you just try it. But it does not mean things cannot be done over time.

Hypnosis is majorly about trust, a sub is trusting a very personal and powerful aspect of themselves to the hypnotist that doesn't always align with what the sub wants exactly or can be sort of "convinced" of things over time.

One should always be careful and mindful of these facts both hypnotist and sub alike. Always talk to each other outside of sessions to ensure you are both on the same page as it can be very easy to accidently do something the subject didn't want but the subconscious wanted, didn't care, or was accidently convinced of doing for whatever reason.

Stay safe everyone.
