Well, there was <<marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Mother_(Interdimensional_Parasite)_(Earth-TRN287)|an interdimensional parasite>> from Young Avengers that took over parents and began to act like them - not exactly what you're looking for, but then again what you're looking for is fairly specific.

I also vaguely remember clips of a Chinese sci-fi movie where a child is kidnapped by an evil organization and brainwashed into fighting for them, and particularly into seeing the villainess as her mother. I can't really remember what it was, though (and the victim was definitely underage).

Instantly thought of Sephiroth. I know he went insane instead of being brainwashed but it's close enough. XD

In magi the labryrinth of magic this was the plot of an arcs big bad. She took children and regularly brainwashed them into adoring and obeying her absolutely as a maternal figure with the intent of grooming them into the next generation of world leaders, thus allowing her to rule the world. She got the main character under her spell and When it finally fell apart, she ended up beaten mercilessly by the kids actual parents. And without a good head on her shoulders courtesy of one of her older projects

That's from a game called Sentinels of the Multiverse. That card's in one of the expansions.

Actually she got done in by the one kid whose goal was to murder his own manipulative evil empress mother if I recall
