Edit: well what i mean by "heavy hypnosis" is that the game has detailed illustration on hypnotizing process and how hypnotized person lose their mind step by step. I prefer classic hypnosis since it looks more "hardcore" and makes the hypnotizing process more attractive.

Recently i am playing a visual novel called "penlight" which quite meets my requirement of "heavy hypnosis". Nevertheless R-18 content is not in the developing direction of this game. Anyway I donated some bucks to the developer.

The other games are pretty similar to the first in terms of overall theme, but with new main girls each game. So far almost all of the visual novels have had English fan translations released, only Kangoku Academia, the latest in the series, has yet to have one released but the people working on it are on 95% completion of their initial translation pass so hopefully it will also be out soon.

In my mind, definitely worth playing through.

Saiminjutsu 2 got good sequences, though it eventually use a keyword for induction, then even less, but compared to many games (badly) using hypnosis as plot element, it's above others.
For the others numbers, I considered them good, but my memory is not good enough to strongly assert they meet your demand enough.
Could say something similar about the Soushinjutsu series.

The game involves erotic submission all over the place, but the Trance effect mechanically can be applied by the lurking scylla event, the tengu, the T&A Oni girls, and the sandbagging super-boss (last one has at least a dozen ways to try to hypno you into losing). Beside the two hypno-dommes already mentioned, there's also a character who "enchants" you with her rack, using an addiction system, as well as a (not very difficult to find) mindfuck event. And a second mindfuck event now that I think of it.
AND there's a way to be ambushed in your sleep for a 'nice dream'.

Oh and there's a Sleep debuff too, which one of the fan favorites (and assured recipient of future content) mixes with drowsy seduction attempts.

Erotic submission all over the place. You can play to give the MC fetishes so strong they are written like compulsions, but even a 'hypnosis' interpreted just as on the Hub gives me the above listing, maybe even more I forgot.
