A character is hypnotized to act like an animal.
"Intelligent" animals that are hypnotized to act more like stereotypical animals should not generally get this tag.
If a character simply acts like an animal, but has no animal-like costume or body features, they should not receive an animal gender tag (explanation for that here: category:animal_gender.
