Looks like a bit was "cut off" the side in the interest of making a textbox. It's the same vertical resolution, a bit wider horizontally, but not as much as it'd be if the textbox didn't overlap the original image.

Or, in simpler words, the flagger is wrong.

EDIT: No, Patrick, file compression isn't a good reason to flag either. Unless it makes the image look worse (which, I for one can't tell a difference between this and the Imgur source) it's honestly preferable to keep filesizes down.
