Love the large moai in the background, I have a small one in my room. No idea of the reference though. At first glance I thought she was Velma Dinkley.

I'd assume so myself, what with the Bond movie poster on the left hand side (even showing her name if you look close enough), but the "brides of Dracula" poster is throwing me off. I went and checked and couldn't find any information about her performing in any Dracula movies, theatre pieces, or TV shows.
...On the other hand, that does look like Peter Cushing on the right, and he most definitely *was* in Brides of Dracula. As far as I can tell from a quick IMDB search unless I missed something, the two worked together on one episode of the '60s Avengers TV series. My trivia may be failing me.
I'm sure that the other poster whose title we can't see and the moai statue are significant here, but I'm drawing a blank.

My google fu seems to be stronger, because here's the slug for their episode:
Steed Pulls Some Strings Emma Becomes a Puppet
The episode is "Return of the Cybernauts," and if you've watched another certain British Sci-Fi series, then you won't be terribly off as to the milieu of the episode.

To that end, extra kudos to the artist

Indeed, my Google Fu is weak in comparison. :(
