Dj Octavio is a male Octoling and is the main villian of the Splatoon franchise.
He is the leader of the Octarian army, made up of Octarian|Octarians and Octoling|Octolings.
His main goal is to steal the Great Zapfish and destroy the Inkling|Inklings.
He was also responsible for brainwashing Callie_(splatoon)|Callie using hypnoshades during splatoon_2|Splatoon 2.
