My first post, here! And man is this site weird to get used to. I'll be making more stuff, and slowly adding what I've already made, just bear with me while I get used to tagging things, and such.

Hey ! Welcome to the site, and to the world of manip-lovers too. So uh, first of all, this is a fantastic start ?? I'm very happy you've decided to post. I'd recommend you up the opacity just a tad on that spiral as well as maybe improving the gradient on the right there.

I also added your manipper tag to the tag list ! Just so you can add it yourself next time, the manipper tags are counted as artist tags, just with an extra "_(manipper)" at the tail.

Thank ya very much! Especially for the work with the tags, as setting up my tag was giving me fits. The advice is equally welcome as well! GIMP is a beast to get a hold of, but I'm slowly learning how to use it, as well as how to deal with color/effect combos to make things come out better!

Oh you're very much welcome ! I lurked around here a good bit before I started posting, it's not very instinctive a system, it's true.

You're using GIMP too ? Oh I feel the pain, it's very, very painful to use indeed...good luck with that.
