Am I just a dumbass (I mean...yes...but that's besides the point), or are we losing the ability to favorite/bookmark posts on the new site?

Seems there's no option to automatically quote in post comments? It's there in the forum, though.

You can still manually do it with the "["quote"]" code.

It looks like everything a user has voted on here (whatever level of star) becomes a favorite in the new site. You can access them by logging into the other site and going under "My Account", then "Favorites".

You can also still look at other people's favorites. Also under "My Account" (whether you're logged in or not) there's "Everyone's Favorites", which is a list of all users and their favorites. I'm not sure how useful that is, but it's interesting to skim the usernames. I like the usernames "??????", ":::", and somehow just a blank space.

Is there an equivalent to the hold function on the new site? Especially since it doesn't support hiding from the index?

I just went to check there and yeah my favorites are all gone. What's the point of getting rid of favorites?

Tag aliases which are not approved still have a bright green background. Might wanna change that to a darker colour.

Also no tag implications?

Is the automatic resizing of posts supposed to be missing on the new site? Losing that is MASSIVE. Just look at anything with the absurdres tag and see what I mean.

Well it was nice having the deleted stuff back while it lasted. Also wow a lot of thumbnails are broken. Also we are getting blacklisting, right?

Oh man, this feels significantly worse than before.

Lost the wiki, lost the Good/Great/Favorite tiers, lost avatars, lost hover dropdowns on the categories at the top, lost the ability to search through favorites, lost pool navigation on images, and I think we lost the ability to search for pools too.

I hope that some or all of these can be remedied at some point, I used some of those features very frequently. This sucks.

Yeah, this kinda blows. You also can't sort for specific characters or tags in your favorites, like if I want to sort through JUST the cowgirl pics I've favorited. Board also doesn't have the buttons to open the full image in a new tab anymore, you have to manually go to the image page and click the "Original Image" button on the side.

favorites weren't done properly on the old site at all, they used the upvote system for it. So all we could do was import the upvotes and add them as favs here. I know this will be a repeated question so if anyone asks just link them to this.

Given I've been a regular here since its inception, the loss of ability to sort my favs by tags is DEVASTATING, I really hope that's a feature that'll get reinstated somehow in the not too distant future 'cuz losing it feels just awful.
