Version 2.2.1
So a few days after releasing version 2.1.0 I came to the realization that the new caching system was eating performance like no other, causing load times to increase by half a second per page (if not more) which was frankly unacceptable.

Not wanting to leave it at that I spent a few hours scraping the bottom of the barrel for ideas and these are the results:

* Optimized things back to an acceptable level
* Added the favorites button to the post view, keeping the navigation bar consistent between it and the post list
* Fixed a broken image thumbnail crashing the script on a search that only includes a negative tag
* Moved blacklist and greylist options to their own categories under the userscript options
* Added an option to toggle post footers
* Clearing the parent field on a post now performs the necessary magic behind the scenes to properly remove the parent
* Completely reworked post resizing, double clicking an image now toggles between fit-to-width or fit-to-height and it auto picks one or the other based on your display resolution
* The original image option is now a direct link to the full-size image

Feel free to drop any requests or suggestions in here if you haven't yet, since I'm kind of out of them myself now.

I think the newest update broke it. I got the message that the userscript has been updated and now the popular search button is gone, all the blacklisted images are displayed again and I can't find the settings anywhere.

If possible, go into F12/dev tools and see if any errors show up in the console there. It seems weird that the userscript would properly show the update notice and immediately brick itself afterwards.

"TypeError: container is undefined."

Edit: I just realized I can just try it in a different browser lol works fine on chromium. Just my end I guess. Snap *did* update FF earlier today, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Thanks, that helped me narrow it down.

I'm not entirely sure why or how that error happened but this update should help fix it.

Edit: Also fixed an issue with video posts

Yep, works perfectly now.
I guess I tried it on Chromium like literally a second after you pushed the update LOL
Anyway, thanks

Update 2.2.4
Tried to fix some weird issues specific to firefox, if you've been having performance issues after update 2.2.2 then this might have fixed it.

If not then feel free to contact me through the hub's discord or via site mail since I haven't been able to reproduce it myself on my own firefox install and would love the extra info.

Version 2.2.5
Turns out that for whatever reason 2.2.4 didn't include the fix I added, all it was was a version bump so without further ado:

Alongside that I've fixed a specific issue where images wouldn't properly resize back to normal if they didn't meet the resize requirement in either width or height and I've finally managed to figure out what in the world was causing the notes issue, so those should work fine now regardless of whether you're viewing the resized or original version of an image.

Is there a way to toggle the resizing or a way to view the original image size without getting linked away? Just asking cuz when I'm putting notes down, I often have to make the image its orginal size so the notes are in the right spot and it sucks to disable the script whenever I want to translate.

As always, thanks for your hard work!

How does ctrl+click to disable resizing sound?

Version 2.3.0
Wanted to get this update out today since I've got a few more changes and fixes lined up.

* Ctrl+clicking an image completely disables resizing and shows the image as-is (resized or full size depending on site settings)
* Fixed date formatting for forum threads on firefox specifically
* Posts now have their creation date formatted consistently with the rest of the site
* Tags on the wiki now come with a quick-search button

Version 2.4.0
Was feeling productive tonight.

* Uploading an image that matches the criteria for the absurdres tag (3200px wide or 2400px tall) now automatically adds that tag to the editing window.
* Added the ability to pick what kind of timestamp formatting you want the site to use.
* Updated how the forum list is formatted, the previous version had some issues with consistency like the position of the last page link changing between threads with a single page, unread threads and locked ones. That should now be fixed.
* Fixed an issue where the blacklist toggle could disappear regardless of the enforce blacklist option.
* Added the option to mark a pool as your 'active' pool, doing so will add another option below the existing Add to pool button for quickly adding a post to that pool.
