Mantra Phrasing in Hypnotic Audio
So I tried asking this on my Twitter, but nobody really responded, so I thought it would be better to ask here. I'm thinking about doing some audio stuff, and mantras were a method I was thinking of using, the only issue that I have is how to phrase the mantra specifically. I know in some audios, people will you "I AM" phrases, and in other cases, the hypnotist uses "YOU ARE" phrases. The question is, which one is more effective?

Example of an I AM Phrase: I am ____
Example of a YOU ARE Phrase: You are ____

I can see the validity of both. Since "YOU ARE" phrases could be handy since it's another person saying it to you, and you could follow along as you wish. But at the same time, "I AM" phrases are great for non-participants who still want that mantra internalized into them. Which do you guys prefer, or which is proven to be more effective?

I'm not the expert on this from a hypnosis standpoint, but from a grammar standpoint it likely comes down to context. How do you want the dom to interact with their targets? Do you want them to instill virtues or commands into the sub (in which case you do "you are", or do you want the sub to do that work themselves via encouragement from the dom (in which case they're repeating "I am"s)?

I imagine "I am" mantras can be a little more insidious because they can slip from being innocuous to controlling better, but that's subjective.

(Also I suspect if you're trying to do actual MC, it's going to depend on your mark and what works for them)
