Idea about lost hypno-prose from Tumblr
I had an idea for some images I could draw in the future perhaps, but I'm honestly conflicted about one part of it. You see, I'm one of those people that saves A LOT of horny content that I like and want to see more of. And one thing I REALLY loved was the short hypnosis prose shared around back in Tumblr's hay-day. MCStories has good stuff if you want more reading, but the short and sweet format of those Tumblr stories was something I greatly liked. We have some writing like this here too, but there were also some REAL gems people wrote up from Tumblr.

Where am I going with this? Well, I had an idea to draw brand new images to accompany some of the shorter Tumblr stories I really liked. Think of our manips with the big ol' text boxes on the side. But the problem is... I don't know who made them.

I'd say I'm normally pretty good about sourcing my lewd content, but I didn't write down author names with those stories when I saved them. And there's no way I can go find most of them with tons of the posts getting nuked or lost with Tumblr's collapse. But GOD, they DESERVE to see the light of day again!... And get new art to accompany them, since most of them were based on vanilla porn photos.

So, what am I to do? Should I do this and just say, "DM if you wrote this story" in the comments of the posts? Maybe I could put the author's old handle in the source link when someone speaks up? I don't wanna feel like I'm ripping someone off, but I feel like I'm handling valuable abandonware games right now.

Sometimes the best way to collect sources is to present the material to a new space and ask around. It can only help to expand the availability of the content, and the worst that can happen is the OP finds it and says "Hey stop that!", and then you'll have your answer.
