So, for instance....

"I really like accessory hypno objects. So... why not draw a woman/man that is wearing something like a pair of glasses that is hypno'ing them" Or something simple like that. If I want more details, I'll ask.

Characters are at my discretion, although they will most likely end up being my own OC's ... just 'cause that's what I usually draw XD Other than that, though. Well... yeah. I need ideas, I'm flat out dry, so help! XD

- Something where the inductee is genuflecting or groveling toward the inductor. :D

- The inductee is getting a "Property of (inductor's name)" tattoo somewhere on her body.

- Two female characters known to use "hypnotic eyes" as their main induction technique hypnotize each other, leaving themselves open for a third party to take control.

- Female has the induction tool and is begging a male to use it on her in a really cute way.

...this sounds like an idea in and of itself. One I would greatly enjoy, no less ^_^

- Inductor gropes inductee (both female) from behind while whispering in their ear.

If I get time, maybe I'll try my hand at some ideas, I want to draw stuff other than my recent Hypno-tan stick. Though I'd mirror what Lunakiri said, that I'd more likely draw my own OCs in scenarios, since I on the whole don't usually do fanart.

I had this idea for a one-page gag comic set at a MY LITTLE PONY convention: a guy in a Discord costume goes around hypnotizing Bronies and Pegasisters in costume (maybe with the heads off, so you can see the faces), and then, spoiler, you find out that it's the real Discord.

...... That would actually be really cool to see done, but... I don't know if I could do it. I'm not relaly good with the whole animal or anthro/furry thing, and having the screwy anatomy for the costumes probably wouldn't turn out any good.

Well, this is one way to see your fanfic ships brought to life, hypnotize cosplayers into acting them out! Or, you just might have the pegasister in the Rainbow Dash costume getting gang banged by the others, since she gets shipped with everyone.
As for your worry about drawing people in costumes, you seen pictures of MLP costumes? Half the time it isn't bulky fursuit-type things. They wear regular clothes who's style match the ponies' personality as well as matching their color scheme. For example, I saw one girl whose Rainbow Dash costume was blue track shorts and blue track top with wings. She had also dyed her hair in rainbow streaks.
