This one was fun! My habit of trying to make everything flow smoothly kept biting me by making me take up too much space, so I had to take a step back and think to myself... "Maybe it's time to just go: Tiddy go brrrrrr". Thankfully, that helped. Also, red backgrounds are a bitch for making the text look nice... Or at least, it just took me way too long to settle on a combo I liked.

When I downloaded that random picture of a plain, wooden fence, I thought to myself "I'll just blur it a bit, and color it to look like it's part of the picture!"... To cut a long story short, I'm not sure how I got it to this point, but it was not a two-step process...
