Her power is to the ability to create any kinds of confectionery out of thin air -- chocolate, caramels, gummis, hard candies and other sweet and tasty things. You shouldn't think this made her much of a supervillain, but when I say "any kinds of confectionary," I do mean ANY kind. Including things like exploding caramels, taffy that can be used as rope, sweets that'll transform anyone that eats them into anything Kate wants... and, yes, hypnotic lollipops.
