I know there's the Mind Control University discord, but wouldn't hurt to turn my eyestalks to a few other places.

I hear ERP and I think "Enterprise Resource Planning". I'm guessing that's not it.

ERP is short for erotic role-playing

I know a guy who's put together a tabletop ERP system with optional hypno elements and a Discord you can play it in. It's not very active right now, but if you've got friends who are interested you can invite them too, or you could just set up your own game elsewhere.
