Personally, I do not want to see any character I like in a situation involving hypnosis. In a way, I too think of hypnosis as an inherent "explicit" thing, and thus never want to see it unless I am dealing with my body's sexual function. That is especially true for characters I have an attachment to from any media, and god forbid it ever happening to someone I know in real life. I would probably implode if I ever went to a stage hypnosis event, even from the audience. I want complete segregation of when I am dealing with hypnosis and when I am in my "normal" state of mind. I'm ace which probably explains some of this, and the rest is just my personal weirdness I guess. It is always interesting to see the range of responses when it comes to questions like this.
I do share some of your sentiments: specifically, I have different echelons of favoriteness and like you, one such echelon of characters (for example, Blue Archive's Hare, Himari and the GDC, and for other examples Yachiyo from Shoujo Kageki Revue Starlight or AN-94 from Girls' Frontline) I do NOT want to see hypnotized as like you hypnosis has that bit of erotic subtext on my part, while the other echelon I would like to see hypnotized, the ones I've listed above and then some.
For the record, I'd rather have the subject wearing some snazzy uniform or gothic fashion than be naked or wear some generically sexy outfit such as the bunnysuit, if my posts and profile picture doesn't speak for itself already
and a huge sucker for the uniform and tall boots
