Collar of binding
Creature who is unwilling must make a intelligences dc save (20) on failure creature will fall under complete mental, psyical and spirtual control of the welder until spell ends
Spell duration until collar is removed.
Even if collar is removed they may still be some revenants of the collar in creatures minds, these will come in the form of triggers.

Hope this'll fill that need
