Honestly, I think team Aqua/Magma are worse xD. At least rocket is just a criminal syndicate, while the other ones want to awaken an ancient pokemon that could create the apocalipsis without even care about the problems, and then they ask you for help to stop the monster xD

I mean, you're not wrong there. They just forgot their master ball at their secret base XD. But eh, team rocket has always been the most bland to me. (Though i was unfair to them. At least they're not flare.)
