My favorite type of hypnosis? I'll take that as meaning my favorite method of MC. Let's see...

I'd have to say that it's probably a tie between magical mind control and technological mind control. Which one I really prefer changes pretty much daily and moment-to-moment. XD

My favorite hypnotic suggestions are all D/s related. Anything that plays on the sub being submissive to the dominant dom is generally awesome in my book. It's very much about the APPEARANCE of the sub being submissive that gets me going, rather than the function of it. I know that's not very specific, but that's the best I can narrow it down.

My favorite visually is ocular hypnosis: doms using their eyes and subs having hypnotic eye effects of all kinds.

Written, now, that's harder to quantify.

I first met Hypnosis when she was a mere child star in such productions as The Jungle Book and that one Scooby-Doo episode. Though we could not truly understand it then, being mere children, I am now convinced that it was love at first sight. I do not how she care for one such as me, but somehow, she did. She showed me many of her talents, and I gave her all the adoring love that a small child could muster.

Alas! We soon drifted apart! We were always friends, but I began to feel a pull for her distant cousin, Sleepwalking. That relationship, despite what some may have you think, was enjoyable and we parted on good terms. Even now, she shows me something to amuse me. Ah, but this story is not about her. It is about that lovely redhead. That girl who foolishly accepted me once again to show me more of her talents. I do not believe that I will ever be able to repay such generosity.

She has shown me many things. Amazing things. She has shown me almost all of her methods, and I believe that I have come up with my favorites. I enjoy classic hypnosis; pendulums, candles, rapid induction... all of these "mundane" methods appeal to me. I also take a perverse joy in seeing someone hypnotized upon a stage, or some other public place. I have seen people slip under her control when they were not the intended target. I have seen many deny her gifts and receive a personal demonstration of her skill. I never get tired of those people insisting on her foolishness, only to be entrance with such ease, that I can only conclude that I could have done it with a string and a bottle cap! I have even seen these happen all at once, and I must say that that joy is unparalleled.

I believe that the best example comes from an incident many moons ago. A foolish young lady challenged Hypnosis, saying that she was a hack, a no-talent fool. I nearly declared a fight then and there, but my lady stepped in to accept this challenge. Ah, what a night! That young redhead spent a good hour under my lady's control, obeying every suggestion without question or suspicion. Among other suggestions, she forgot her name, believed she was a monkey, ripped off her shoes and socks as she thought her feet were incredibly itchy, treated a mere mop like her boyfriend, and finally, was given a trigger that made her cheerfully talk about this if asked. The whole affair demonstrated many of the reasons I love my lady. The slow fall of the subject, their thoughts as they fall under and as they obey, the suggestions they are given, the touch of humiliation involved, their unshakeable belief that this is all perfectly reasonable behavior and much, much more.

Now, our relationship is stronger than ever. If any complaints were to be made, they would be against me, as I cannot say I care for the ways she uses her talents at times, due to my lack of interest in sex. I prefer more vanilla, but still creative and funny, suggestions. I also have been reluctant to accept her offer of lessons, no matter how much I want them. But we have endured thus far, and I can only hope that we can endure further.

Anything where a visual cue is reciprocated in the sub's eyes. Spirals, rings, symbols, patterns, iris constriction, iris dilation, color change, glow, (etc.). It's best when they'd be fine so long as they looked away, but they don't. Or can't. Their mind betrays them because it just feels so good to look.

Direct eye contact is my favorite method for these, especially if it's femdom, but magic crystals, hypnotic screens, and visors are fine too. Also, eye beams.

First thing: self-hypno or mantras/training. The idea that a person is partially taken over (programmed) that she would "willingly" assist the process is sweet. Oh girls holding their own pendulums or watches.

Second: amnesia. "I have never been hypnotized" are the best words to hear before triggering somebody into trance.

Honorary mention: enslavement. Sort of a no-brainer, a classic for a reason
