They sap the minds of victims with corrupted healing before indoctrinating them with the holy truth that all are her puppets, and her will is their strings. Whether or not Mina is actually a goddess is a hot topic of debate among her apprentices, but any attempt to ask her directly leads to the asker being brainwashed into a mindless zombie.
