Tag type: General
A character is shown during a transformation from one gender (sex) to another. This tag requires that the actual transformation process of the gender change be shown, or at least strongly implied - if an image is not eligible for the transformation tag, then it can not have this tag.
Do not confuse with genderswap.
For characters which are transgender in the traditional way use transgender_identity.
