A character from the indie game Helltaker. Known as "The High Prosecutor", Judgement is the final boss of the game who also tends to yell everything she says.
In an art book by Vanripper, it states that Judgement is actually the kindest of the demons and her over-the-top nature is simply a front for her role as High Prosecutor.
