Sexuality change is one of those kinks that I always like to see more of (especially in hypno,) but I just… feel weird seeking out. Especially when it’s making a lesbian into someone who’s straight or bi (usually turning a straight woman gay or bi seems fine, haha.) So it’s a nice sight to see when I do see it. Also; heck yeah this art rocks!
Warning: Long rant is loooooooong
Yeah, I think it's for the same reasons jokes made at the expense of minorities are often
unfunny and awkward unless you're part of that minority. It just feels like punching down. Now, it's more acceptable for a minority to joke about a majority because that feels like punching up at someone with a higher standing.
Something like what you just described feels the same way. Like, when it's making a straight person a different sexuaity it doesn't really feel different from the rest of the hypnosis stuff on here. Not really morally correct, but it's all fantasy and in good fun. When it's making a gay person straight, however, I get indirectly reminded of conversion therapy that happens in the real world, and it spoils the fun.
So yeah, that's my stance on it. I don't blame anyone for finding it hot or drawing it and they're obviously not a bad person for it, but as a bi trans girl who had her own mother deny her sexuality to her face, I'm reaaaaally uncomfortable with it.

God, fuck, I’m so sorry to hear that. And I get what you mean, and feel guilty about it now.

After reading the rant, not sure you should. This is basically the site for it (along with all other Hypnosis, mind control fun. The stuff we did with Rubberman certainly fits in the same way. :3 long as you enjoy it as the humor or artwork its presented as and not trying to alter people in real life. Should be fine.
Although, CuteChaosSluts mom certainly reads as if she should feel guilty >.>
But I'm a crazy person ^^ so listen to me at your own peril :-)

I know, I get that, but it hits differently when you see how it effects real people, you see their reactions and how it makes them feel. I know it’s all fun fetish stuff that I shouldn’t take seriously, and I definitely don’t 98.9% of the time, but still, when you remember real people can get effected by it, it’s just… not fun. But you’re right. The mom, and all those homophobes and transphobes, should not feel good about it.
(I also wanna do still wanna do more stuff in that vein, just haven’t had the chance to save up haha.)

Yeah, I feel ya, and it is pretty hard not to feel it as well. But as long as you remember to just be yourself, and be happy with just that. Generally, everything else follows. I got lucky, my parents thought for the longest time I was going to come out because I liked gender bender/change stories and had no issues with people of the community in my gaming group every weekend.
But as my grandfather always told me, the golden rule isn't something you turn off. treat others as you would want to be treated. Told me that the first day when I came back from kindergarten repeating a racist joke I overheard and didn't understand why people laughed at it. After paddling my rear anyway for trying to tell him the joke to cheer him up ^^; I was a seriously late bloomer to common sense.
