It's the story about two angels, Panty and Stocking, thrown out of heaven who now occupy a city located somewhere between heaven and hell where strange monsters called "Ghosts" start terrorizing the place. By destroying these Ghosts they receive Heaven Coins which will allow them back into heaven.
