A hypnotized character is given the suggestion that something is pulling their arm(s) into the air, as if attached to a balloon. Doesn't apply if a physical thing is actually pulling their arm(s) up. It has to be in the subject's mind only.
Doesn't apply to the raised arms of a zombie_walk.
