According to the tweet in the source, this is from an actual spinoff manga, created by "BOKU".

Yeah is is from one of the Final issues of the "Fairy Girls" manga that focused on Lucy, Erza, Wendy, and Juvia. The final villain mind controlled all of them but Wendy (and put them is sexy maid outfits) and she had to figure out how to stop him alone.

All the girls are cute just nothing ever jumped out to me this was ever a must watch @.@

This looks like a fun spin off to check out though hehehe
